Businesses that received support under the 2nd round of the Business Cost Assistance Program is not eligible to get support under the Licensed Hospitality Venue Fund 2021. The business is also not eligible if it operates a private gender-exclusive club and where membership is by nomination or invitation by a member only.

Businesses were previously invited to apply using their registered eLicence email but it is still unknown whether this will remain the same. Make sure your contact details are correct in the Liquor Licence Portal and register for an account if you don’t have an eLicence.
