Australian Accounting Awards 2019 Winners Announced

The prestigious 2019 Australian Accounting Awards recently awarded several Australian individuals and firms at a five-star gala in Sydney on Friday, 24 May. The finalists and winners are honoured for their efforts to support the country’s accounting profession through their innovation, exceptional business expertise and remarkable technical skills.

“Sky Accountants congratulate all the finalists and winners for their outstanding achievements.” Jamie Johns, CEO of Sky Accountants said. “We celebrate the importance of the accounting industry in Australia. The country’s movers and shakers are heavily driven and influenced by accountants and we encourage our colleagues to use this trust and power to progress not only the profession, but the economy and the whole country as well.”

Sky Accountants have been named a finalist in the 2019 Australian Accounting Awards for the Innovator of the Year Award. “Intuit sends a heartfelt congratulations to all finalists,” Toby McKinnon, marketing director of Quickbooks Australia said. “The fact that you’ve been shortlisted indicates the respect you have garnered within the industry.”

Sky Accountants have been selected to be part of the book “The World’s Most Inspiring Accountants.” They are helping to raise the bar for accountants across the world, inspiring the profession and showing how to make a difference by serving clients better than ever before. Sky Accountants have also won Panalitix’s Accounting Business of the Year Award in 2017 and Most Innovative Business Award in 2015.
